Our stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. Despite the great location near famous landmarks and shops, the junior suite we booked lacked basic amenities like a table and chair. For my business stay, the hotel fell short of expectations with limited space and amenities in the rooms. However, the sleeping comfort was good. The service, while genuinely friendly, lacked professionalism and educational background suitable for high-end hospitality.
